| 摘 要： | 以低碳为切入点,提出了减少交通所造成的碳排放是实现低碳的有效途径,慢行系统的建立可减少机动车的使用,从而有效降低碳排放量。着重介绍了慢行系统的构建原则,探讨了如何能够使慢行系统更加便捷地为市民服务,提高慢行系统的接受程度和使用率,从而达到减少机动车使用量、降低交通所造成的碳排放量的目的,实现低碳生态城市,从而实现生态城市的远大目标。
