Abstract:【Objective】In order to explore the feeding effect of corn silage by bacterial enzyme modulated on beef cattle.【Method】60 crossbred of Simmental were divided into experimental and control groups at the age between 18 and 24 months with 280 kg in body weight,Each group contained 30 cattle,and they were fed corn straw silage and ammoniated corn straw,respectively.The experiment lasted 70 days.【Result】The results showed that the average body weight(382 kg) in experimental group was 21 kg higher than that of control group(P0.05).The average daily gain in the test group was 227.7 g higher than that of the control(P0.05).The feed and meat ratio was about 6.8 :1 in the test group,while the control group was 8.4:1.The experimental group was obviously lower than the control group(P0.05).【Conclusion】The corn silage adding enzyme fungus feeding beef could get fast body weight gain,shorten the fattening time and increase the fattening benefit,especially be good for the large-scale,intensive and standardized feeding of beef cattle.
