江苏省农机装备工业发展战略研究

江苏省农机装备工业是江苏机械装备工业的传统优势产业及主导产业。"十一五"期间,江苏省农机装备工业发展迅速,在全国行业中的比重全面回升,涌现出了一批具有较强竞争实力的企业群体并形成了若干个农机产品生产集聚区。同时,也出现了如农机工业RCA指数仍然偏低、产品结构中农用动力与农机具的比例不合理以及经济效益偏低等问题。因此,提出了加大对农机工业的财政补贴和信贷扶持、推进农机工业社会化服务体系建设及低碳农机的发展、建立技术开发和技术推广为主要内容的科技保障体系、加强农机农艺融合并加快推进薄弱环节机械化发展的战略规划。

Thoughts on the Promotion of Development of Agriculture Machinery Industry in Jiangsu Province

The agricultural machinery industry in Jiangsu Province is a traditional advantageous industry and leading industry in machinery equipment industry in Jiangsu.During the eleventh-five-year plan,agricultural machinery equipment industry developed rapidly and its ratio in national industry increased.Many competitive companies formed several machinery production centers.In the meantime,there were several problems such as low RCA index,unreasonable ration of agricultural power and machinery in industrial structure and low economic outcome,etc.Therefore,it was proposed to strengthen financial subsidy and credit support for machinery industry,to promote the development of socialization service of machinery industry and low-carbon machinery,to establish scientific and technological insurance system based on technology development and promotion and to strengthen machinery merge and quicken machinery development in weak link.
