| 摘 要： | 以河南省为例,针对中原地区社会经济快速发展背景下基本农田保护面临的严峻形势和存在的突出问题,分析了基本农田保护的新技术、新措施,为中原地区基本农田保护工作的全面开展,为中原地区基本农田"数量不减少、质量不降低、布局更优化"目标的实现提供技术支撑。
