河南省工业化·城镇化·农业现代化协调发展研究

论述了"三化"协调发展的内涵,指出河南"三化"协调发展面临着工业化水平不高、城镇化总体水平低、农业基础薄弱以及诸多制度性障碍等问题。河南"三化"协调发展的目标就是走一条不以牺牲农业和粮食为代价的工业化城镇化道路,基于此,提出了河南"三化"协调发展的措施选择:坚持走有河南特色的新型工业化道路,促进工业发展加快方式转变;坚持走有河南特色的新型城镇化道路,促进城镇发展方式加快转变;坚持走有河南特色的农业现代化道路,促进农业发展方式加快转变。

Study on Balanced Development of Industrialization, Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Henan Province

This article expounds the connotation of balanced development of "industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization ",and points out the problems thwarting balanced development of "industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization " in Henan Province as follows: the level of industrialization is not high;the general level of urbanization is low;the agricultural foundation is weak and there are many institutional barriers.The goal of balanced development of "industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization " in Henan Province is to take a road of industrialization and urbanization,not at the expense of the of agriculture and food.Based on this,the measures are put forward for balanced development of "industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization " in Henan Province as follows: keep to the new road of industrialization with characteristics of Henan Province,promote the development of industry and accelerate the transformation of pattern;keep to the road of new urbanization with characteristics of Henan Province,and promote the rapid change in urban development pattern;adhere to the road of agricultural modernization with characteristics of Henan Province,and promote the rapid change in pattern of agricultural development.
