| 摘 要： | 网络环境为高校图书馆教育职能的实现提供了平台，学科馆员制是高校图书馆教育职能实现的制度保障。新建本科院校图书馆要建立人才引进与激励机制，加强馆员培训，充分发挥学科馆员在实现图书馆教育职能中的作用。
