摘 要: | 综述了茶叶中甲基化EGCG的分离方法和功能研究进展。茶叶甲基化EGCG分离方法有制备液相色谱(p HPLC)、高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、Toyopearl HW-40S中压柱层析等,主要具有抗过敏、保护肝脏、调节肠道菌群、治疗哮喘、清除自由基等功效。

Separation and Function of Methylated EGCG in Tea |

Abstract: | In this paper, the separation methods and functions of methylated EGCG were reviewed. The isolation methods of methylated EGCG including preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (pHPLC)、high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC method)、Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography、Toyopearl HW-40S medium pressure column chromatography were sum-marized. The methylated EGCG showed great effects in anti-allergy, protection of liver cells, regulation of intestinal lfora, treatment of asthma, scavenging free radical and other aspects. |
