沙棘叶片组织解剖构造与其生态适应性研究

摘    要:2003~2005年对沙棘的4个种类,不同立地条件的沙棘叶片组织结构进行显微观察研究,结果表明:不同种类沙棘叶片组织结构差异很大,并与其生态适应性密切相关;不同品种叶片组织结构紧密度(CTR值)有较大的差异,CTR值越大,其抗旱性越强,一般中国沙棘的CTR值大于俄罗斯沙棘;同一种类在不同立地条件下其CTR值也有明显差异,在干旱立地条件下,其叶片的CTR值增大。

Abstract:The tissue structure of seabuckthorn 1eaves from 4 varieties and different soil condition were observed.It was showed that the tissue structure was closely related to the ecological stability;The tissue structure tense ratio(CTR)of different varieties appeared obviously different. The bigger the CTR was,the higher the drought resistance was.In general,the CTR of Chinese seabuckthorn was better than Russia seabuckthorn;In the same varieties,the CTR a1so had obvious deference in different ecological condition,in drought condition,the CTR of leaf was increased.
