摘    要:农用车车身冲压件拉延方向正确与否是决定能否加工出合格零件的重要因素。为了能够在冲压件成形仿真之前自动获得合理的拉延方向,提出了以冲压件的拉延接触面的面积为目标函数的拉延方向自动生成算法。算法基于拉延方向可行域的约束,建立拉延接触面积优化函数,通过在可行域内的遗产算法对接触面积进行优化,以可行域内接触面接最大为优化目标。实际测试结果表明,设计的拉延方向自动确定算法准确、高效。

Abstract:Drawing direction of agricultural vehicle body stamping is the more important factors that the stamping is good quality or not.The automatic algorithm of drawing direction,which the objective function for the drawing of contact area is proposed,in order to achieve reasonable drawing direction automatically before the stamping had been formed simulation.Algorithm is based on the drawing direction of the feasible region constraints and optimization function of contact area between pouch and material plate is established.The drawing object function had optimized by GA in feasible region.Actual test results show that the drawing direction designed is efficient and accurate.
