| 摘 要： | 勤工助学，不仅仅是给贫困生一些经济补助，更重要的是，在勤工助学工作实践中，通过对勤工助学同学的教育、引导、管理和帮助，培养他们的能力，锻炼他们的意志，提高他们的综合素质。文章介绍了图书馆开展勤工助学工作的一些做法和取得的成效。

| Abstract: | Part-time-job and part-time-study project has provided financial aids for students under the poverty line.Through the experience of part-time-jobs and with the guidance and assistance from school administration,university students have achieved significant improvements in interpersonal-skills and comprehensive capability.This paper has introduced effective methods and achievements in the part-time-job project held by the university libraries. |
