摘    要:微生物实验是食品相关专业教学中的一门重要课程,可以加深学生对理论知识的理解,培养学生的实验技能、动手能力和发散思维。但是在实验教学的过程中仍然存在一些问题,就实验教学内容和实验教学方法进行研究探索。

Abstract:Food microbiology experiment is a significant course in Food-related teaching,it can enhance the students’ understanding of theoretical knowledge,test skills,ability and divergent thinking.However,in the process of teaching experiments,there are still some problems.This paper focuses on teaching content and teaching methods of microbiology experiment to make a few suggestions for improvement.
