| 摘 要： | 实行工程量清单计价是一种既符合我国市场竞争规则，又符合与国际惯例接轨的造价模式，是我国建设市场发展需要的必然结果。阐述了在我国实行工程量清单计价的重大意义，探讨了现阶段实施工程量清单计价中遇到的问题，并提出了完善措施。

| Abstract: | Pricing based on the bill of quantity is a valuation mode consistent not only with the competition rules on Chinag market but also with international practice, and its implementation is the natural result of the development of Chinag construction market. This thesis expounds the significance of promoting the bill of quantity valuation, discusses the existing problems and proposes some countermeasures for their solution. |
