摘    要:结合中长期田间定位试验,研究了传统耕作(T)、免耕(NT)、免耕结合秸秆覆盖(NTS)以及秸秆还田(TS)处理下春小麦生长期内土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶等活性的动态变化趋势。结果表明:(1)各种酶的活性随着小麦生育期的变化呈现出明显的规律性变化,并且四种耕作方式下各种酶活性的变化趋势基本一致。土壤过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性呈现先上升,在灌浆期出现峰值后逐渐下降的变化规律。土壤脲酶和碱性磷酸酶活性呈现先上升,在拔节期出现峰值后逐渐下降,而在灌浆期到收获后又处于回升阶段。(2)在春小麦的各生育期:与T相比较,NT、NTS以及TS处理均可使土壤酶活性增加。

Abstract:Based on conservation tillage experiment the dynamic of the activities of soil catalase, urease,alkaline phosphatase and invertase during spring wheat growth were studied. The results showed as follows:(1)With the spring wheat growth the enzyme activities of different trements changed regularly and had the same trend. The activities of soil catalase and invertase increased previously, reached the maximum at the jointing stage, and then decreased during the filling and harvesting stage. The activities of soil urease and alkaline phosphatase increased previously, reached the maximum at the jointing stage, then decreased gradually, and finally increased during the filling and harvesting stage. (2) The enzyme activities of conservation tillages were higher than that of traditionally tillage, especially for the upper soil.
