杂交玉米抗旱性初探

摘    要:利用不同浓度甘露醇溶液模拟干旱,初步研究了在河北省推广面积较大的3个杂交玉米品种--冀丰58、农大60和掖单19在水分胁迫下种子吸水、萌发及幼苗生长的变化。研究结果表明,随甘露醇溶液浓度的增加,种子吸水速度及吸水量降低,发芽时间延长,幼苗生长受阻。3个品种比较,农大60、冀丰58抗旱性较强,适宜在干旱地区推广,掖单19抗旱性较强,适宜在高水肥地区种植。

Abstract:The water absorption and germination of the seeds of Jifeng58, Nongda60 and Yedan19,and the growth of the seedlings under different concentration of mannitol solution were studied. The results showed that with the increase of mannitol concemtration, the water absorption of the seeds was decreased, the time required for seed germination was prolonged, and the growth of seedling was inhibited. Compared with Yedan19, the drought tolerance of Nongda60 and Jifeng58 was higher and they were suited to the arid and semiarid region in Hebei province. It was better to plant Yedan19 in the region where irrigation was available and soil fertility was high.
