向日葵水提液对马齿苋种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用

[目的]探索向日葵不同部位水提液对马齿苋种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用。[方法]以发芽势、发芽率、芽长、根长和化感效应指数等作为测量指标,研究了向日葵不同部位的水提取液对马齿苋种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用。[结果]向日葵不同部位对马齿苋种子萌发及幼苗生长存在化感作用,且化感作用为抑制作用,其大小依次为茎、花、叶、根;不同部位水提液对马齿苋的抑制作用随着浓度的增大而增大。[结论]为农业综合防治及生产提供了理论依据。

Allelopathy Effect of Sunflower Water Extracts on Germination and Growth of Portulaca oleracea L.Seeds

[Objective] The aim was to understand allelopathy effect of sunflower water extracts on germination and growth of P.oleracea seeds.[Method] The germination potential,germination rate,shoot length,root length and allelopathic effect index were as measurement indexes,allelopathy effect of sunflower water extracts on germination and growth of P.oleracea seeds was studied.[Result] Different parts of sunflower on germination and seedling growth of P.oleracea seeds had allelopathy,and the allelopathy was inhibition,and the inhibition of different parts was in order of stem ＞ flower ＞ leaf ＞ root.The inhibitory effects of different parts of sunflower on germination and seedling growth of P.oleracea seeds increased with the increase of concentration.[Conclusion] The research result provides theoretical basis for integrated pest control in agriculture and production.
