药用及观赏植物石松4因素扦插繁殖正交试验

目的]研究石松扦插繁殖的方法。方法]采用扦插基质、插穗长度、插穗类型、浸水时间4因素3水平的正交试验,对石松进行扦插繁殖试验。结果]扦插繁殖平均成活率为59.12%;"插穗类型"因素对扦插成活率影响较大,"插穗长度"因素具有一定的影响,"扦插基质"、"浸水时间"2个因素对成活率无显著影响;扦插苗茎生长的平均长度为2.17 cm,平均粗度为0.13 cm,生根数量为0,扦插苗生长缓慢,生根难。结论]扦插繁殖在石松繁殖中不宜采用。

The Orthogonal Test of Four Factors Cutting Propagation of the Medicinal and Ornamental Plant Lycopodium japonicum

Objective] The research aimed to study the cutting propagation methods of Lycopodium japonicum.Method] The Cutting propagation of Lycopodium japonicum was experimented in the orthogonal test using cuttage matrix,cutting length,cutting types,soaking time of 4 factors and 3 levels.Result] The average survival rate of cutting propagation was 59.12％ ;＂ cutting types＂ factors was significant impact on the survival rate of cuttings,＂cuttings length＂ factors had some impact,＂cutting matrix＂ and ＂immersion time＂ had no significant impact on survival rate.The average length of cutting seedling stem growth was 2.17 cm,the average diameter was 0.13 cm,the root number was 0,cutting seedling growth slowly,difficult rooting.Conclusion] The cutting propagation should not be used in breeding of Lycopodium japonicum.
