摘    要:目的]优化金银花施肥管理技术。方法]采用田间小区试验,以复合肥为对照,观测有机无机肥料不同配施量对金银花产量与品质指标的影响。结果]与单施复合肥相比较,无论在水稻田或在山地,有机无机肥料配施均能够提高金银花单产以及金银花产品的绿原酸含量和木犀草苷含量。但有机无机肥料配施总施肥量超过一定量时,金银花单产难以有效提高;同时,施用过量肥料会降低绿原酸含量。结论]金银花产量与品质的相关性不仅与施肥量有关,还与金银花的立地条件、生长状况有关,增加施肥量对高产水田金银花品质提升所起的作用明显大于低产的山地金银花。

Study on the Effects of Mixed Application of Organic Fertilizer and Inorganic Fertilizer on the Yield and Quality of Flos lonicerae

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to optimize the technology of fertilization management of Flos lonicerae.Method] The field plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of mixed application of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on the yield and quality indexes of Flos lonicerae in different fertilization compared with the compound fertilizer.Result] Compared with the compound fertilizer,mixed application of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer increased the yield and quality of Flos lonicerae in paddy fields and fields on a hill,increased the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside.But when the fertilization was excessed its threshold value,the per unit yield was difficult to improve effectively,the contents of chlorogenic acid reduced when the fertilization was excessive.Conclusion] The correlation of yield and quality of Flos lonicerae was not only related to fertilization,it was also related to site conditions and growth status of Flos lonicerae.The effect to improve the quality in high-yielding paddy fields was better than low-yielding fields on a hill.
