摘    要:为了使2株致病疫霉拮抗真菌发酵水平达到最佳效果,为其工业化发酵生产和田间应用提供参考,采用滤纸片法通过单因素实验,确定了最佳共培养发酵环境。结果表明,将白菜黑斑病菌1片菌饼先接入含80mL/250mL培养基中,25℃恒温黑暗静置培养24h后再以1:1的比例接入梨黑斑病菌菌饼,复合发酵6d后其抑菌效果最好,抑菌率最高可达87%以上。2种拮抗菌复合发酵后对致病疫霉的抑制活性优于单独发酵。

Experimental Study on pMixed Fermentation Conditions Optimization of Two Fungus Against Phytophthora infestans

Abstract:The fermentation conditions for two fimgi against Phytophthora infestans were studied through single factor experiment. The sequence of inoculation of mixed culture of two strains were that Alternaria brassieae was inoculated in the medium and cuhured 24h under 25℃ ,then Alternaria alternata was inoculated and mixed cultured until 6d. It was demonstrated that the favorable fermentation conditions were that the proportion of the two was 1:1, and the inhibitory rate was higher than 87%. The anti-fungi activity against Phytophthora infestans of mixed fermation was better than separated fermation of the two fungus.
