Abstract:
The recent developments of the application of near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) in the field of agricultural products are reviewed.As a useful tool,NIRS can provide the information of the utilizable energy of the quality of agricultural products.The author mainly summarized the successful examples of applications to the quality of agricultural products,which promoted the development of NIRS in agricultural science and technology and production procedure.
