2,4-D对姬松茸菌丝体生长的影响

摘    要:
[目的]测试姬松茸在2,4-D最适浓度下的生理生化指标,为探讨其应用价值提供依据。[方法]在马铃薯液体培养基中,加入不同浓度的2,4-D,探讨激素对姬松茸菌丝体生长的影响。[结果]2,4-D对姬松茸菌丝体生长有一定的促进作用。在60~140 mg/L范围内,菌丝体的生长量随2,4-D浓度的增大而增大。当2,4-D浓度为60 mg/L时,菌丝体的增长率为35.41%,当2,4-D浓度为140 mg/L时,增长率最大,为55.65%。浓度在60~100 mg/L范围内的2,4-D提高了姬松茸菌丝体的可溶性糖含量,当2,4-D浓度为60 mg/L时,其可溶性糖含量最高,比对照提高了14.07%。[结论]140 mg/L 2,4-D最有利于姬松茸的生长,60 mg/L 2,4-D有利于提高其可溶性糖含量。

Abstract:
[Objective] The aim was to test the physiological and biochemical indices of Agaricus blazei Murrill under the optimum concn.of 2,4D so as to provide basis for discussing its application value.[Method] 2,4-D with different concn.were added into potato liquid media to discuss the effects of the hormone on the growth of A.blazei mycelium.[Result] 2,4-D had certain promoting effect on the growth of A.blazei mycelium.In the range of 60-140 mg/L,the growth increment of mycelium increased along with the increment of 2,4-D concn.When 2,4-D was 60 mg/L,the relative increment of mycelium was 35.41%;when 2,4-D was 140 mg/L,the relative increment of mycelium was biggest,being 55.65%.2,4-D in 60-100 mg/L enhanced soluble sugar content in A. blazei mycelium.When 2,4-D was 60 mg/L,its soluble sugar content was highest and enhanced by 14.07% in comparison with CK.[Conclusion] 2,4-D at 0.14 mg/ml was most in favor of the growth of A.blazei and 2,4-D at 60 mg/L was in favor of enhancing its soluble sugar content.
