| 摘 要： | 综述了开发植物微卫星引物的几种方法:搜寻核酸数据库和寻找已存在的微卫星引物;不同物种间共用;建立基因组文库;利用分子标记技术发展SSR引物。此外,还比较了几种方法的优缺点。

| Abstract: | In this paper several methods of developing microsatellite primers in plants were summarized:①to search the Database and find the primers which were delivered;②to transfer them among the different species;③to establish genomic library;④to develop SSR primer based on moleculars markers.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods were compared. |
