水稻耐贮藏种质资源的筛选

摘    要:对100份经过8年室温下自然老化表现良好的品种进行人工加速老化处理,从中筛选出了两份耐贮藏的优良种质资源,二秋矮1号和油籼。试验结果表明,水稻自然老化和人工加速老化是受不同或不完全相同基因控制的两个不同性状。

Abstract:100 varieties which showed good germination rate after being stored at ambient temperature for eight years were artificially accelerated for aging in a small phytotron.Two varieties,Erqiuai 1 and Youxian,were selected due to their excellent tolerance to storage.The results indicated that the natural aging and artificially-accelerated aging of rice were two different characters controlled by complete different or un-complete same genes.
