复方中草药饲料添加剂替代抗生素对肉仔鸡品质的影响

目的]探究复方中草药饲料添加剂替代抗生素对肉仔鸡肉品品质的影响,从而提高肉仔鸡的肉质性状。方法]采用随机单位组设计,将1 000羽白羽肉仔鸡随机分为基础日粮+黄霉素、基础日粮+中草药1.0%水平、基础日粮+中草药1.5%水平、基础日粮+中草药1.0%水平+甜菜碱、基础日粮5组。结果]结果表明:各处理间的各项屠宰性能和肉品品质的指标之间差异不显著,但基础日粮+中草药1.0%水平组的蛋白含量略高于其它组,脂肪含量低于其它组。结论]各处理间胴体品质没有显著影响(P>0.05)。在各个方面均表现出该中草药组方的饲养效果有优于抗生素组的趋势,该复方中草药的最适添加水平为1.0%水平。

Effect of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicinal Feed Additive Substituting Antibiotics on Broiler Meat Quality

The objective of the study is to explore the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicinal feed additive substituting antibiotics on broiler meat quality,so as to improve the meat quality of broilers.The test has adopted random control design,1 000 white feature broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups: basal diet flavomycin,basal diet 1.0% Chinese herbal medicine,basal diet 1.5% Chinese herbal medicine,basal diet 1.0% Chinese herbal medicine betaine,and basal diet.The result showed that there was no significant difference between the groups in slaughter performance and meat quality indices,but the protein content of the group of basal diet 1.0% Chinese herbal medicine was higher than other groups,while fat content was lower than other groups.The conclusion was that the carcass quality had no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05). In many aspects,the feed effect of the Chinese herbal medicinal was superior to other groups;therefore,the compound Chinese medicine is appropriate to add at the level of 1.0%.
