| 摘 要： | 环境库兹涅茨曲线表明, 我国在现阶段发展现代林业是历史的必然。森林资源与经济的发展是既协调又矛盾的系统, 在现代林业发展进程中, 利用资源更须保护资源。应以生态平衡和生态效益为基准, 在经济发展与保护森林资源之间寻求合理的平衡点, 达到生态体系与产业体系的协调, 实现区域经济的可持续发展。后发优势理论表明, 必须使后发展地区的原动力得到最大限度的启动, 才能为推动现代林业建设进程提供巨大的力量。

| Abstract: | Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC) indicates that the construction of modern forestry in present is historical necessity.It is correspond and incompatible between forestry resource development and economics progress.We must protect nature resources in the course of modern forestry developing.It is prerequisite to equilibrium between economics development and forestry resources protecting taking ecological balance as benchmark.The purpose of modern forestry is ecological system and industry system corresponding and regional continuance development.Advantage of Backwardness showing that backwardness area developing power come from originality impulsion been start-up. |
