摘    要:比较了枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂(1×109 cfu/g)和氨基寡糖素对有机黄瓜白粉病的防治效果。试验结果表明,在黄瓜白粉病发病较轻时,连续喷施枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂200倍液和氨基寡糖素700倍液能较好地控制白粉病的发生,防治效果分别达到87.2%~90.7%和52.5%~91.5%。建议在有机黄瓜未发生白粉病或白粉病病情指数小于10的情况下应用生物制剂进行防控。

Abstract:In this study, we investigated the control efficacy of Bacillus subtilis wettable powder (WP) (1×10^9 cfu/g) and oligosaccharins against powdery mildew in organic cucumber production. The results showed that, spraying with 200 times dilution of B. subtilis WP or 700 times dilution of oligosaccharins could control powdery mildew disease effectively while the disease was less serious, and the control efficiency reached to 87.2%-90.7% and 52.5%-91.5% respectively. In addition, the bio-agent 200 times dilution of B. subtilis WP should be used before the cucumber powdery mildew disease was serious or the disease index was less than 10 in organic cucumber production.
