青霉素和氨苄青霉素对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生理生化的影响

摘    要:以一定浓度的青霉素和氨苄青霉素水溶液对小麦进行浸种处理,能明显提高小麦种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数和胚乳中淀粉酶的活力,并能使苗期叶片中叶绿素含量及幼苗的高度增加。青霉素以40IU/L效果最好,氨苄青霉素则是在800mg/L浓度时作用最佳。

Abstract:Some characteristics of seed germination and growing were improved with suitable concentration of penicillin and ampicillin, such as germination percentage, germination energy, germination index, activity index, amylase activity, chlorophyll content of seedling,the length of seedling and the dry weigh were increased. The ideal concentration of penicillin was 40 IU/L,and 800 mg/L of ampicillin was best.
