Abstract: | In order to screen out the best application concentration of plant growth regulator GGR 6 in wheat pre-sowing seed treatment, the seeds of Yan Nong 19 were used as the experimental material in this experiment. A total of 7 soaking treatments of 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100 mg · L ? 1 were set to study the effects of different concentrations of GGR soaking on wheat seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of wheat seeds treated with 30 mg · L ? 1 GGR were the highest, which were 12.09 %, 15.31 %, 31.55 % and 42.09 % higher than those of CK, respectively. The plant height of wheat seedlings was the highest with 20 mg · L-1 GGR soaking treatment, which was significantly increased by 32.00 % compared with CK. The root length of wheat was the highest with 50 mg · L-1 GGR soaking treatment, which was significantly increased by 10.26 % compared with CK. The stem diameter, leaf length, root volume, seedling fresh weight, seedling index, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid content of wheat seeds treated with 30 mg · L-1 GGR were significantly increased by 45.19 %, 25.37 %, 68.18 %, 66.34 %, 35.53 %, 36.50 %, 146.88 % and 131.03 %, respectively, compared with CK. Comprehensive membership function analysis and evaluation, the appropriate concentration of GGR soaking ( 30 mg · L-1 ) can significantly promote the germination of wheat seeds and the growth of seedlings, shorten the germination time of seeds, which is of great significance for cultivating strong seedlings, improving quality and increasing yield in the actual cultivation of wheat. |
