摘 要: | [目的]制备一种特异、快速、便捷的检测虾及鱼肉中恩诺沙星残留的胶体金免疫层析试纸条。[方法]用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备的胶体金标记恩诺沙星多克隆抗体,喷于试纸的金标垫。将ENR-OVA(恩诺沙星和卵清白蛋白的偶联物)和纯化的羊抗兔IgG分别喷于试纸的T(检测线)处和C(质控线)处,通过挑选试纸条材料和调试工艺参数,并最终组装成试纸条。[结果]制备的试纸条检测体系方法的检出限为0.9 ng/ml。试纸条对虾及鱼肉中的恩诺沙星残留的检出限分别为5和10 ng/g。[结论]制备的恩诺沙星胶体金检测试纸适用于现场实际样品恩诺沙星残留水平检测,具有良好的应用前景。

Study on Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Strip for Rapid Detection of Enrofloxacin in Aquatic Products |

Abstract: | [ Objective ] The research aimed to prepare a kind of specific, rapid, and convenient immunochromatographic strip for detecting enrofloxacin residues in shrimp and fish. [ Method] Colloidal gold particles labeled with purified polyclonal antibody against anti-enrofloxacin were prepared by using trisodium citrate reduction method and sprayed on the gold pillow of test paper. ENR-OVA ( the conjugate of enrofloxa- cin and ovalbumin) and purified sheep anti-rabbit IgG were sprayed on T line( test line) and C line ( control line) of test paper. The materials of strip were selected and the process parameters were confirmed to assemble the strip. [ Result ] The detection limit of the strip detection method was 0.9 ng,/ml. And the detection limits of strip for detecting the residue of enrofloxacin in shrimp and fish were 5 and 10 ng/g respec- tively. [ Conclusion] The prepared enrofloxaein colloidal gold detection strip was suitable for detecting enrofloxacin residue in samples in field and had a good application foreground. |
