| 摘 要： | 以莱芜生姜的根状茎为外植体 ,研究了利用根状茎再生植株的适宜培养基及影响其分化率的主要因素。结果表明 ,以MS附加BA 3 0mg/L和NAA 0 6mg/L的培养基根状茎分化率最高 ,可达 6 9 4 %。用催芽 30天左右的根状茎再生率最高。外植体接种密度以 4块 /瓶为宜。

| Abstract: | The suitable media inducing shoot regeneration from stem tuber and the main factors affecting regeneration rates were studied,using stem tuber of Laiwu ginger as explants Stem tuber regeneration ratewas highest(69 4%) when it was cultured on MS with BA3 0mg/L and NAA0 6mg/L The result showed that the regeneration rate of stem tuber accelerated its germination for about 30 days was highest The feasible inoculating density of explants was four pieces every bottle |
