摘 要: | [目的]为开发桑蚕蛹新资源,测定桑蚕蛹中10种元素的含量。[方法]火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定蚕蛹中元素K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn的含量,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定蚕蛹中元素Se、Cr的含量。[结果]桑蚕蛹中元素K、Na、Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Se、Cr、Mn的含量分别为14.340 0 mg/g、49.380 0 mg/g、22.580 0μg/g、142.400 0μg/g、450.600 0μg/g、8.567 0 mg/g、4.783 0 mg/g、0.458 1μg/g、1.815 0μg/g、18.580 0μg/g。[结论]研究建立的原子吸收分光光度法简便、快速、灵敏、准确;桑蚕蛹是营养价值较高的新资源食品,具有广阔的开发应用前景。

Determination of Trace Elements in Mulberry Silkworm by Flame Atomic Absorption Method |

Abstract: | [Objective] To determine new resources of mulberry silkworm and determine the contents of ten elements in silkworm chrysalis.[Method] The contents of K,Na,Ca,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mg and Mn in silkworm chrysalis were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and the contents of Se and Cr were determined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.[Result] The contents of K,Na,Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Se,Cr and Mn were 14.340 0 mg/g,49.380 0 mg/g,22.580 0 μg/g,142.400 0 μg/g,450.600 0 μg/g,8.567 0 mg/g,4.783 0 mg/g,0.458 1 μg/g,1.815 0 μg/g,and 18.580 0 μg/g.[Conclusion] The established flame atomic absorption method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and silkworm chrysalis is very nutritional,thus it has broad application prospect. |
