蔬菜新秀—土人参的潜在价值研究

摘    要:土人参是一种集食用、药用、观赏为一体的新型保健蔬菜,它以营养价值高、保健功能强、风味独特而被美食家认为“土人参补胜似人参”。近年来的研究多集中在土人参的生物学特性、利用价值、栽培技术以及组织培养等方面,但在营养学、药理学、育种学及加工利用方面等方面的研究较少,甚至还存在空白。当务之急是必须尽快加强对土人参进行科学研究,并借助于现代生物学技术对其进行遗传改良。笔者介绍了一种新的遗传改良方法即离子束生物技术。

Potential Value in the Research of Talinum paniculatum

Abstract:Talinum paniculatum was a new type of hygiencal vegetable with a collection of edibleness, officinal and appreciation. The present research included its biological characters, value in use , planting technique and tissue culture and so on, but the research on sitology, pharmacology, breeding and process was very poor. In order to develop Talinum paniculatum fully, it was necessary to strengthen the research on genetic improvement to invent a good variety. A new technique of genetic improvement was supplied in this paper, which was called ion beam biotechnology.
