摘    要:为筛选大果榛子嫩枝扦插适宜的混配基质,试验以泥炭、河沙与珍珠岩的不同配比混配后作为扦插基质,通过生根情况及根系生长量指标,筛选适宜混配基质的配比。结果表明:其中以珍珠岩和泥炭作为材料混配而成的基质总体生根率低,根系长势较差。以河沙和泥炭混配的基质插条生根率、生根指数较好。所有处理中以沙∶泥炭=10∶1的混配基质大果榛子嫩枝扦插生根率最高,达到83.61%,同时生根指数较高。实际中,建议采用沙∶泥炭=10∶1,若无泥炭,也可采用河沙作为扦插基质。

Abstract:In order to screen the suitable mixed mating of the twigs of the big fruit scorpion,the experiment was carried out by mixing the different ratios of peat,river sand and perlite as the cutting substrate,and screening the suitable mixed substrate by rooting and root growth index.The ratio.The test results show that the substrate with perlite and peat as materials has a low rooting rate and a poor root growth.The rooting rate and rooting index of substrate cuttings mixed with river sand and peat are better.In all treatments,the rooting rate of the mixed seed of the sand∶peat=10∶1 was the highest,reaching 83.61%,and the rooting index was higher.In practice,it is recommended to use sand∶peat=10∶1,if there is no peat,river sand can also be used as a cutting substrate.
