氯丙嗪对受照射大麦辐射损伤及遗传效应的影响

摘    要:应用膜作用试药——氯丙嗪(chlorpromazine),在氮气条件下,处理经~(60)Co-γ射线照射的大麦干种子。剂量为0,26.1和32.6krad。氯丙嗪溶液浓变为:0和2mM。试验结果表明:氯丙嗪能加重大麦的辐射损伤和提高突变频率。

Abstract:Chlorpromazine, a membrane-binding drug, has been used to treat the air-dried barly seeds, which were irradiated by 60Co-r rays with doses of 26.1 and 32.6 k-rad and concentration of O and 2mM. The results show that chlorpromazine can intensify radiation injury and increase mutation frequency.
