| 摘 要： | 微卫星分子标记即SSR标记,因为具有共显性,重复性高,高度丰富的多态性等优点,十分有利于遗传多样性分析.本综述主要从微卫星序列的基本特征、原理等方面阐述了微卫星分子标记,对在野生大豆遗传多样性研究中的应用进行了系统论述,为微卫星分子标记在野生大豆遗传多样性研究体系的建立提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | Microsatellite molecular marker which is called SSR marker is available to be used in the analysis of genetic diversity for its advantage of co- dominance, good repetition and high polymorphism. This paper expounded the characteristics and principles of SSR marker and discussed its application in genetic diversity of Glycine soja,which will supply the related theoretic basis for the system of the research about genetic diversity of Glycine soja. |
