复方中草药制剂对新西兰兔精液品质的影响

选取6～7月龄新西兰公兔12只,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组6只,研究以淫羊藿、菟丝子、熟地黄等为主要成分的复方中草药制剂对新西兰公兔精液品质的影响。结果表明:实验组公兔在饲喂该复方中草药制剂8～14和15～21d内的射精量、精子密度和活率等指标与对照组公兔精液品质相比差异极显著(P<0.01);停药后10d内,实验组和对照组公兔的射精量差异显著(P<0.05),精子密度和活率差异极显著(P<0.01);但是整个试验过程中精子畸形率两组间差异不显著。说明该复方中草药制剂可以用来改善公兔的精液品质,有利于生产实践中进一步发挥优良公兔的种用价值。

Effect of Medicinal Herbs or Compound of Dilludines and Medicinal Herbs on Semen Quality of New Zealand White Rabbits

Each group of six rabbits was randomly allocated in treatments to research the effect of Chinese medicinal herbs(contained Epimedium and semen custutae,prepared rhizome of rehmannia and so on) on semen quality of New Zealand white rabbits.Chinese medicinal herbs were added in each experimental group.The results demonstrated that during ten periods of 8～14 days and 15～21 days after the feeding of medical herbs,there was greatly significant difference between the two groups in ejaculate volume,sperm concentration and motility(P <0.01);during the 10 days after the termination of the feeding of medicinal herbs,remarkable significant differences were observed between the two groups in semen volume(P <0.05),and sperm concentration and motility were still markedly significant differences(P <0.01).But the sperm abnormal acrosome rate had no obvious changes in the whole experiment.It showed that Chinese medicinal herbs can improve the semen quality of rabbits,and be good for the value of rabbits in practice.
