摘    要:以麻疯树优良无性系组培苗为试验材料,研究了基本培养基、蔗糖、活性炭、IBA、NAA、温度及光照等对组培苗生根的影响;研究了移栽季节和基质对组培苗移栽成活率的影响。结果表明,麻疯树生根的最适基本培养基是3/4 MS+蔗糖20 g+活性炭0.05 g/L;最佳激素配方是3/4 MS+IBA1.0 mg·L-1+NAA0.2 mg·L-1;最适温度为25℃~30℃;光照为2 000 Lux~3 000 Lux;最佳移苗时间为春季(3月~4月),移栽成活率达80.5%;泥炭土:黄心土=3:1的基质是最适合的移栽基质。

Abstract:By using clonal tissue culture seedlings,studies were made of influences of different basic media,saccharose,AC,IBA,NAA,temperature and illumination on rooting of tissue culture seedlings,and effects of different transplanting seasons and substrates on survival rate of Jatropha curcas L.The results were as follows: The suitable rooting basic medium was 3/4 MS + 20 g saccharose + 0.05g/L AC;the best growth hormone was 3/4 MS + IBA1.0 mg·L-1 + NAA0.2 mg·L-1;25℃~30℃ was the suitable culture temperature and 2000~3000 lux was the best culture illumination for rooting;The period from March to April was the optimal time for transplanting,and the survival rate of seedlings was 80.5%;And the medium with the ratio of 3:1 between peat soil and loess was the most suitable for seedling transplanting.
