三亚地区苏云金芽孢杆菌的筛选与生物活性测定

[目的]从来自三亚地区的102份土壤样品中筛选苏云金芽孢杆菌，并进行生物活性测定。[方法]采用温度筛选法进行苏云金芽孢杆菌的分离，采用形态观察、生物活性分析手段对菌株进行研究。[结果]经过筛选获得21株菌株，分离频率为20．6％，镜检可观察到球形、菱形、方形、不规则形等主要形态的伴孢晶体。室内生物活性测定结果表明：J24-1菌株对小菜蛾具有高感染力。[结论]分离到的菌株产生的伴孢晶体形态各异，体现了三亚地区Bt资源的多样性；出土率较高说明三亚地区可能蕴含着大量未知的Bt资源。

Screening and Bioactivity Determination of Bacillus thuringiensis in Sanya Region
