双氧水和K+对老化棉花种子发芽的影响

摘    要:使用不同组合的双氧水和K^ 对老化棉花种子进行处理,结果表明适宜浓度的双氧水和K^ 混合处理能明显提高棉花种子发芽率、发芽指数、苗长、活力指数、过氧化物酶活性,其中以0.1%KNO3 0.1%H2O2的效果最佳。

Abstract:Effects of H 2O 2 and KNO 3 on the germination of aged cotton seed were studied. The results showed that some characteristics were improved with the suitable concentration of H 2O 2 and KNO 3 , such as germination percentage and index, ivigour index, activity of peoxidase(POD) and the length of seedling. Among all the treatments, 0.1%KNO 3 and 0.1%H 2O 2 is the best combination.
