| 摘 要： | 抗菌肽具有分子量小、热稳定性好、无免疫原性、抗菌谱广等特点；并且，抗菌肽对畜禽具有促生长、保健和治疗疾病等功效；具有无毒副作用、无残留、无致细菌的耐药性等特性；在动物养殖和提高畜产品品质方面，抗菌肽也具有重要的潜在应用价值。文章结合当今抗菌肽的研究现状和发展前景，对抗菌肽的分类、抗菌机理、应用状况等进行了综述。
