摘    要:采用田间盆栽试验方法,研究不同作物品种对大豆孢囊线虫群体的影响,以寻找对大豆孢囊线虫具有抑制作用的作物品种。结果表明:在自然条件下少量大豆孢囊线虫会孵化为2龄幼虫,遇适宜寄主孵化率迅速提高,但非寄主植物对孢囊线虫的孵化影响不大,在处理38d后,适宜寄主根围2龄幼虫数量显著高于非寄主植物根围2龄幼虫数量。在作物生长100d后,农科六号、中黄13、黑乌豆、小粒黑豆和菜豆(改良保丰一号)处理土壤中的孢囊数量是原始孢囊数量的2.3~9.4倍,这5种植物为大豆孢囊线虫的良好寄主;但在豇豆(之豇28-2)、谷子(新吨谷1号)、大葱(中华巨葱)、番茄(精选L-402)和玉米(郑单958)等作物处理中,土壤孢囊数量仅为原始孢囊数量的58%~63%,可有效减少土壤中大豆孢囊线虫的数量。

Abstract:The effects of different crops on soybean cyst nematode(SCN) population were studied through pots under the field condition to select the crops which could inhibit the SCN population.The results showed that few SCN eggs could hatch without host stimulation.The hatching rate of SCN increased significantly with suitable host crops,while it was not influenced by non-host crops.The second instar larvae was significantly more on rhizosphere of suitable host crops than on non-host ones 38 days after sowing.The final number of cysts(Pf) was 2.3-9.4 times than the initial number of cysts(Pi) with the hosts of Nongke No.6,Zhonghuang 13,Heiwudou,Xiaoliheidou and Gailiangbaofeng No.1.The Pf/Pi was 0.58-0.63 when Zhijiang 28-2,Xindungu No.1,Zhonghuajucong,Jingxuan L-402 and Zhengdan 958 were used as the hosts,and those crops could effectively reduce the SCN population.
