佳木斯辣椒光合特性研究

摘    要:日光温室内佳木斯辣椒光合速率日变化呈“双峰”曲线,11:00时达第一峰值(Pn=18.22 靘ol CO2·m-2·S-1),15:00时达第二峰值(Pn=17.3 9 靘ol CO2·m-2·S-1),12:00 ~14:00时表现明显“午休”现象,其中12:00~13:00时为气孔因素所致,13:00~14:00时为非气孔因素所致;光合作用光补偿点和饱和点分别为44.6 靘ol·m-2·S-1和1 166.6 靘ol m-2·S-1;CO2补偿点和饱和点分别51.7 L·L-1和1 416.6 L·L-1;座果节叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均显著高于无果节叶片。

Photosynthetic charactesistics of Jiamusi pepper

Abstract:The photosynthetic property of Jiamusi pepper cultivated in plastic greenhouse was studied. The results showed that the curve of diurnal variation of net phytosynthetic rate of Jiamusi pepper leaf demonstrated two peaks. The first peak appeared at 11:00 a.m. with value 18.22 靘ol CO2·m-2·S-1, the second peak appeared at 15:00 p.m. with value 17.39靘ol CO2·m-2·S-1. There was a midday depression between 12:00~14:00 p.m. According to calculation, it was found that light compensation point and light saturation point were 44.6 靘ol·m-2·S-1 and 1166.6靘olm-2·S-1 respectively, CO2 compensation point and CO2 saturation point were 51.7霯/L and 1 416.6霯/L respectively. The photosynthetic rate, transpiration intensity and stomatal aperture were all higher leaf with fruits growing than in that with no fruits growing.
