摘 要: | 目的]研究5.5%阿微菌素水乳剂的研制.方法]对各样品进行了乳液稳定性、冷贮和热贮稳定性等性能测定,优选出达到稳定标准的最佳水乳剂型的配制方案.结果]5.5%阿维菌素水乳剂的最佳配方:阿维菌素5.5%,黄原胶溶液4%,农乳601∶By140 =2∶3的乳化剂7.5%,乙二醇防冻剂4%,余量用水补足.结论]经过各指标性能的试验,该配方乳液稳定性能够达到合格标准.

Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to study the preparation of 5.5% avermectin emulsion in water.Method] The emulsion stability,cold storage and thermal storage stability and other performance of all samples were measured,and the best configuration scheme was selected.Result] The best formula was 5.5% abamectin water emulsion abamectin (passbook),4% xanthan gum solution,farmers milk 601∶ By140 =2∶3 emulsifier 7.5%,4% ethylene glycol antifreeze,slack water supplement.Conclusion] After test of each performance index,the formula of emulsion stability could reach the standard. |
