摘    要:[目的]筛选并鉴定纳豆芽胞杆菌.[方法]筛选芽胞杆菌,显微镜观察其菌落形态,生理生化鉴定,测定其生长曲线及产纳豆激酶的酶活力.[结果]筛选到一株产纳豆激酶的纳豆芽胞杆菌ZD023.该菌最高酶活力可以达263.38 IU/ml.[结论]筛选到一株产纳豆激酶的纳豆芽胞杆菌ZD023,为下一步开发成具有溶栓功能的食品或药品奠定基础.

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to isolate and identify a Bacillus strain producing Nattokinase.[Method] Isolated Bacillus strain,observed its colony morphology,measured its growth curve and enzyme activity of Nattokinase produced by the strain [Result] Isolation and identification of a Bacillus strain produced Nattokinase,named ZD023.Its highest enzyme activity was 263.38 IU/ml.[Conclusion] Isolation and identification of a Bacillus natto ZD023 could provide the foundation for the development of functional food or drugs with thrombolytic acitivity.
