曲靖烤烟叶质重与主要化学成分及感官质量的关系分析

摘    要:目的]探讨曲靖烤烟叶质重与主要化学成分含量及感官质量的关系,为曲靖烤烟的种植与生产利用提供参考依据.方法]以云南曲靖9个烤烟主产县(市)的C3F烟叶为材料,对比分析中部叶不同叶质重样品主要化学成分及感官质量的差异.结果]曲靖9个主产县(市)间的烤烟中部叶叶质重差异较明显,以沾益烤烟的叶质重最大,为102.47 g/m2;叶质重、主要化学成分及感官质量评吸得分在不同样品间存在广泛变异;对叶质重进行聚类分析,发现低、中、高3个类群间烟叶主要化学成分含量和感官质量评吸得分差异较大,总体表现为低叶质重类群和中叶质重类群烟叶的内在品质优于高叶质重类群烟叶;在叶质重75.00~80.00 g/m2范围内,烟叶化学成分协调性较好,感官质量评吸得分较高.结论]叶质重75.00~80.00 g/m2是曲靖烤烟中部叶内在品质的敏感范围,在此范围内,烟叶主要化学成分和感官质量总体表现较好.

Relationship analysis between leaf density and main chemical components and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco in Qujing Prefecture

Abstract:Objective]The relationship between leaf density and its corresponding chemical components and sensory quality was studied to provide references for tobacco planting and production in Qujing Prefecture.Method]Leaf samples of the grade C3F from 9 tobacco planting counties in Qujing were selected as materials to research the variance of major chemical components and sensory quality.Result]The results indicated that there existed extensive variation of leaf density among samples from the 9 counties.The leaf density of the flue-cured tobacco in Zhanyi was 102.47 g/m2,which was the largest in the 9 counties.The cluster analysis showed there were significant differences of major chemical components and sensory quality evaluation scores among different leaf density groups.The internal tobacco quality of low and middle leaf density groups was higher than that of the high leaf density group.There was good coordination in major chemical components and high scores of sensory quality evaluation in the content of the leaf density of 75.00-80.00 g/m2.Conclusion]The content of the leaf density of 75.00-80.00 g/m2 is a sensitive range for the inner quality,and in this range,major chemical components and sensory quality perform well.
