摘    要:目的]优化梵净山七叶一枝花总黄酮提取工艺,为其综合开发与利用提供技术支持.方法]以梵净山七叶一枝花为材料,通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察料液比、乙醇体积分数、浸提温度和浸提次数对七叶一枝花总黄酮提取效果的影响.结果]影响七叶一枝花总黄酮提取的因素顺序为:乙醇体积分数>料液比>浸提次数>浸提温度,其最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶15,乙醇体积分数90%,浸提温度70℃,浸提3次.在最佳工艺条件下,提取获得的七叶一枝花总黄酮含量为4.92 mg/g.结论]乙醇超声波浸提法具有稳定性好、成本较低、易操作等特点,可有效提取获得七叶一枝花总黄酮.

Abstract:Objective]The extraction process of total flavonoids from Pads polyphylla in Fanjing Mountain was optimized to provide technical support for the comprehensive development and utilization. Method]Pans polyphylla in Fanjing Mountain was used as materials. Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were conducted to investigate the effects of liquid-material ratio, ethanol volume, extracting temperature and times on the extraction of total flavonoids from Pads polyphylla. Result ]The results showed that the order of factors influencing total flavonoids extraction was ethanol volume〉liquid-material ratio〉times〉 extracting temperature. The optimal process conditions were ethanol volume of 90%, liquid-material ratio of 1:15, extraction temperature of 70 ℃ and extracting times of 3. Under those optimal conditions, total flavonoids content was 4.92 mg/g. Conclusion]The method of ethanol ultrasonic extraction is stable, low cost, and accessible, hence it can be adopted for extracting total flavonoids from Pads polyphylla.
