鸡大肠杆菌的生化特性·致病性及药敏试验研究

摘    要:目的]为了控制大肠杆菌在鸡群中的传播,以更好的指导和应用于生产。方法]从新乡县周边养鸡场2000多只鸡中无菌采集疑似大肠杆菌病的病、死鸡的心血、肝、脾、肾进行病原菌的分离鉴定、生化试验、致病性试验和药敏试验。结果]鸡只发病的病原为大肠杆菌,该菌对鸡只有较强的致病力。药敏试验中分离到的4株菌株均对氟苯尼考、羟苄青霉素、庆大霉素高度敏感;对妥布霉素、环丙沙星中度敏感;对诺氟沙星不敏感。这表明鸡场出现了耐药的致病性大肠杆菌。结论]生产中应慎用抗生素。临床治疗时,应根据药敏试验,选择最适药物。为防止抗药菌的产生,治疗时最好选用2种或2种以上的敏感药物交替使用。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to prevent the spread of E.coli in chickens,for applying in productive practice.Method] The heart,blood,liver,spleen,kidney from the 2 thousands of illness or dead chickens,which from chicken farms around Xinxiang county,were collected aseptically.Then the germiculture and identification,biochemistry characteristic test,pathogenicity experiment,sensitivity experiment of medicine from pathogenicbacteria were studied.Result] The pathogeny was E.coli,and this bacteria had strong pathogenicity to chickens.The sensitivity of florfenicol,amoxycillin,gentamicin to separated E.coli were highly.The sensitivity of tobramycin,ciprofloxacin to separated E.coli were midstly.And there was insensitivity to norfloxacin.It indicated that chicken farms had appeared pathogenicity E.coli of drug-resistant.Conclusion] The antibiotics should be used carefully in the practice.The optimum medicine should be chose depending on sensitivity experiment in clinical cure.In order to prevent the happen of pathogenicity E.coli,2 or more sensitive medicines should be chose to use alternately.
