水稻不育系种子智能烤房脱水干燥技术初步研究

摘    要:将气流下压式智能烤烟房改造为种子干燥房,研究不同烘干方式对水稻两用核不育系隆科638S和晶4155S种子活力的影响。脱水速率表现为恒温一段式>恒温二段式>变温二段式。对于初始水分较高的种子,不宜采用脱水速率过慢的二段式。对于初始水分低的种子,不宜采用脱水速率较高的一段式烘干。通过采用合适的烘干方式,可实现高发芽势和高发芽率兼顾,提高种子活力。

Abstract:The tobacco intelligent curing barn with descending airflow was transformed into a seed drying chamber,and the effeets of different drying methods on seed vigor of two rice sterile lines,Longke-638S and Jing-4155S were studied.The dehydration rate was constant temperature one-stage typek>constant temperature two-stage type>variable temperature two-stage type.It is not recommended to use two-stage drying process with slower dehydration rate for the seeds with high initial moisture.For the seeds with low innitial moisture,single-stage drying process is not applicable.By adopting suitable drying process,both high germination potential and high germination rate can be achieved,and the seed vigor can be improved.
