摘    要:为了明确13种常见的木本植物不同器官及浒苔的化感活性,为其有效利用提供依据,以生菜为受体,采用琼脂混粉法测定了它们在0.005~0.5 g/L供试浓度下对生菜幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,在上述供试浓度下,13种木本植物不同器官及海洋藻类浒苔对生菜幼苗的生长均具有不同程度的影响,其中,在0.005 ~0.1 g/L的供试浓度下,金叶千头柏与碧桃的枝、紫丁香与紫荆的叶等器官均表现出了相对较高的刺激根系生长活性.其他植物器官刺激生长的活性相对较低,或表现为抑制活性.

Abstract:In order to understand the allelopothic activities of differem woody plants and marine algae (Enteromorpha prolifra), and to provide a reasonable evidence for their further effective utilization, lettuce (Lactuca sativa Linn. vat. ramosa) seedlings were used as receptor to test the effects of different organs of 13 species of woody plants and marine algae on seedling growth of lettuces at the contentration of 0. 005 -0.5 g/L via mixed agar powder(PPA) method. The results showed that different organ of 13 species of woody plants and the marine algae have different effects on the growth of lettuce seedling. The branches of Platycladus orientalis cv. semperarescens and Prunus persica, and the leaves of Srringa oblata and Cercis chinensia presented rather high stimulating activity on root growth of lettuce seedlings at the concentration of 0. 005 - 0. 1 g/L. The other plant organs showed relatively lower stimulating activity or inhibitory activity on the root growth d lettuce seedling.
