摘    要:在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)/正丁醇(n-C4H9OH)/环己烷(c-C6H12)/水组成的微乳液体系中,采用2种工艺制备了粒度小于80 nm的WO3纳米粉体.利用XRD分析了产物的物相组成,通过TEM观察了产物的形貌、结构.结果表明,在超声乳化条件下混合2个分别增溶有反应物的微乳液进行反应,是制备具有良好颗粒分散性和均匀性的小粒径WO3纳米粉体的较佳工艺.

Abstract:Nanosized WO3 with diameter less than 80 nm was synthesized via two different processes in the microemulsion of CTAB/ C4H10OH/C6H12/H2O by using Na2WO4 and HCl as reactants. The size, phase structure and appearance were analyzed by XRD, TEM. The results indicate that the ultrasonic-microemulsion mixing approach is preferred to prepare the well-dispersed and more homogeneous WO3 nanoparticles with smaller grain size.
