| 摘 要： | 节能环保型图书馆建筑是人与建筑、自然环境和谐统一的建筑,节能环保及生态环境协调发展是一项综合性技术工作,通过对图书馆节能环保概念及依据标准、节能环保措施和具体实施办法的论述和分析,从选址及设计理念等方面的论述和分析,对图书馆节能环保工作的开展及研究提出了一些建议和具体实施办法,解决了图书馆建设中节能环保应体现人文精神追求和拓展等困扰和面临的问题。
